Classes run Tuesday 9.15 - 10am & Thursdays 5.15 - 6pm

Taught by Lanchana who fought MuayThai to a high level for over 10 years.

Suitable for females of all fitness and experience levels.

If you're a total beginner you'll be fine in this class. You can train at your own pace and wont be expected to do anything you're uncomfortable with. 

All you'll need is training clothing and some water, we have all the other equipment needed.
